About tracking and insurance
After your item is shipped, we will provide the EMS tracking number so you can check the delivery status. In the unlikely event of loss or damage, we will respond within the scope of the EMS insurance system. Please note that for orders exceeding 20,000 yen, we make a prior declaration at the time of shipping.

Handling of defective items
In the unlikely event that a defective item reaches you, please contact us via the inquiry form below. We will ship a replacement within 3 business days. Please hand the defective item to the delivery driver in exchange for the replacement.
Customs duties and import taxes
Depending on the destination country/region, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient (the customer), and we are unable to adjust the amounts.
