About the Armor Crest Service
For customers who purchase armor or helmets by Kato Icchu, Mataro Ningyo offers a service to apply your family crest to the front of the storage chest (ohitsu).
Every crest is hand-painted in pure gold maki-e (not a sticker or patch).
Armor and helmets by Kato Icchu in quarter scale or larger, sold at our store. ※Some products are excluded.
※When a crest is applied, delivery within Japan takes approximately 10 days to 2 weeks. As a guide, orders placed by 12:00 on April 30 can be delivered by May 4. Orders placed after 12:00 on April 30 will be delivered from May 5 onward. If you need it sooner, please contact us via the inquiry form.

※Once a crest has been applied, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer-convenience reasons.
※The crest service applies only to armor and helmets by Kato Icchu.

How to request the crest service
Select the crest service when shopping
When you add an eligible product to your cart, a button to the application page appears. From there, choose your preferred crest service, add it to your cart, and purchase it together with the eligible armor or helmet.
※Please always order it together with the eligible product.
Send your crest by fax
Stating your name and order number, please fax your crest to FAX: 03-3833-9669 (Mataro Ningyo Kaikan).
Please send a photo or image in which the crest is clearly visible.
