So that you can display your treasured dolls for many years to come.
Each doll is carefully repaired by hand, one at a time.
Price List
We replace hands that are damaged or soiled. Replacing a single hand is possible, but to preserve the overall feel we recommend replacing both hands.
We carefully clean soiling on the surface of the precious face. In the case of scratches or damage, the face is replaced.
We re-secure faces that have broken off due to impact, or replace the face. As it is difficult to erase the broken mark completely, the repair method varies depending on how visible a repair mark you find acceptable.
We tidy the hair and restore its beauty.
If the tubular part of the crown into which the cord is inserted comes off, the crown will be replaced.
When the washi paper is replaced, the cord that holds it in place is also replaced together with it.
In the case of peeled lacquer or deep scratches, the repair process often costs 30,000 yen or more, so we recommend replacing it with one of the display stands we currently carry.
We are very sorry, but we do not accept repairs of folding screens or glass cases. We recommend replacing them with items we currently carry.
*Stains on the face are addressed by replacement. They cannot be removed completely, but in some cases they can be made lighter. The degree to which they fade varies from one piece to another.
*Dolls that are no longer in production may not be repairable or replaceable.

We currently accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. If the repair fee is 10,000 yen or less, payment is by cash on delivery.

Reception
Repairs received by September 30 will be completed by the following year's festival season (the end of February).
*If there are many items, or for lacquered pieces such as display stands and folding screens, the period may be extended.

Repair
Repairs are currently handled in order of receipt. Depending on the content, it takes from about one week to about six months until the item is returned.
Handover
You can choose to receive the item by store pickup or by delivery.
